Tout de cet appartement nous a plu, son emplacement, sa propreté, la communication avec les propriétaires, etc. Le seul petit bémol est qu'il est situé au 3ième étage sans ascenseur...... Merci à nos hôtes qui ont répondu rapidement à toutes nos demandes.

Our family of 3 stayed here for a week in April 2026. Great location close to lots of restaurants, bakeries and groceries. Really had most of what we needed within 3 blocks. The flat was comfortable and clean. Appreciated the washing machine and the small but well stocked kitchen. Closet space was abundant.

The host was very responsive and responsable in dealing with a problem that arose with our check in. The overall cleanliness and provisioning of towels and such things is a good step short of what we find comfortable.

Cozy Trip to Cozy Flat in Paris

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful little black in Paris. Location was great, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The location was amazing - close to multiple metro stations, cute shops, lots of places to eat, and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower! The apartment was super cute, and I loved the claw foot bathtub. It was great to take a nice long bath after a day of walking around Paris!

Great location in close proximity to grocery stores, places to eat and metro stations. Host was very responsive to any inquiries and recommended several great restaurants (which we tried) and places to go/see around Paris. The only thing I would recommend to make the stay better would be to have extra bedding available for the twin beds (that create the king bed) or for the pull out sofa. We still had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the coziness of the apartment.

The rooms were clean and the bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. However, there were no extra blankets, no paper towels and one night there was no hot water. Our arrival at the airport was early in the morning and we tried to contact the property owners and could not reach them to see if we could come into the rooms earlier than the 2 p.m. designated time. So, we were stuck with no where to go but to sit in a park in the cold. Two of us wound up getting sick.

We traveled to Paris with our two teenage boys. This apartment suited our needs perfectly. Our boys did share the guestroom bed, and it was fine for them. I thought the beds were very comfortable. There was only one comforter, though, and some of the nights were a little bit chilly while we were there.It was very close to public transportation. That was very easy to manage. We got all over the city from this location and it was nice to come back to a quieter part of town at the end of the evening.Very cute grocery stores, pastry shops, and coffee shop nearby.Some challenges that we had, others may not, were as follows.The key to get into the apartment is different from what we have in the United States. Just know that turning the key once will not get you into the apartment. You will have to turn two full clicks and then a half turn to get into the apartment. Once we figure that out, it went very smoothly after that.We struggled with the hot water the first day. But we also managed to figure that out as well. The hot water heater is above the sink in the kitchen, and it wasn’t turned on when we got there. Instructions on that would have been nice so we didn’t have to bother the host.We also never managed to find a garbage can in the apartment. We ended up making makeshift garbage cans with bags that we had from the grocery store.We loved having our windows open and having the air flow through the apartment and hear the sound outside.Overall, we would recommend!

Perfect for us

The location was great. It was a residential neighbourhood, everything we needed was close. Grocery store, bar restaurants, pharmacy, fish market, butcher, coffee shop, boulangerie. The metro was a 5 minute walk. Eiffel tower and seine river was about 20 minutes. It was a safe and comfortable area. We were there with our 2 nieces 18 and 22 and there was plenty of space for the 4 us. The apartment was good, comfortable beds and I really like the closet space, lots of room to store your clothes and other items. There was a Nespresso machine and kettle. Being Canadian the appliances were a bit different from what we are used to but we figured it out. Nice big kitchen table as well as large sofa and 2 chairs in the living room space. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. We had a great week!

This is a lovely place to stay!

We enjoyed staying at the Cozy Flat Near the Eiffel Tower. It had good beds, clean sheets, soft pillows and felt like a home. The kitchen had everything we needed. They had plenty of TP, we didn't need to buy any. The refrigerator was big enough. There were 2 towels per person available and a washer/dryer. We tried running the dishwasher, but couldn't quite figure it out. I asked the owners a question and they responded quickly. The bedroom windows have a nice view of the area, the living room windows open right up to a magnificent old stone church. The street is quiet. There are coffee shops close, O Coffee is a great one. There are fruit and vegetable stores & a small grocery mart very close. We really liked this area. It felt very safe. I would stay here again. I should note: there are 54 stairs up to the apartment, but I'm 72 and in average shape and did it just fine.

Only one usable bedroom

The second bedroom has 2 beds pushed together to make what would be one queen size bed, that is if they stayed together. The floor of the bedroom is wood with no rug, and if you’re in the middle of the bed, they slide apart and you land on the floor. each of the beds that are pushed together are 27 inches wide. Standard twin bed is 36 to 37 inches wide.So even with the beds separated, they are meant for children, not adults.After I landed on the floor, the first time I contacted the owner she said she was sorry it happened and asked if “the sheet came off.”Apparently, she thought the sheet (which was a king size) would hold the two beds together. I’m 5 foot one and weigh 130 pounds. Don’t plan on using the second bedroom unless you have small children with you.
