« Manque d'une vraie plage. Les enfants barbotent dans le port »

« Lovely stay in newly renovated en-suite room - freshly cooked excellent breakfast. Delicious reasonably priced food. Comfy bed, quiet, warm. Beautiful village and you’re right in the centre here. »

« Cottage was ok but after booking through hotels.com I was contacted by Host & Stay and advised I had to pay an additional fee for a damage waiver. Alternatively I could pay a deposit but they take an admin fee so you don’t get the full amount back plus they state they may take 14 days to refund. »

« A bar of soup would certainly be nice. Can't imagine that I would bankrupt anybody to supply soap and shampoo »

« We have stayed here before two years ago so we’re aware in March it can be cold in the cottage - which it was-so the log burner is a big plus. Kitchenware had a fine layer of dust over it so we had to wash everything before use, which was disappointing. « Beautiful location »

« We stayed for two nights in the Marrakesh suite and loved it. A huge comfy bed, air conditioning, mini fridge, lots of storage and a large TV. Upstairs is a large jacuzzi bathroom complete with bathrobes and slippers. The host, Debbie was fantastic, she always seemed to be on duty and was very helpful. Breakfast was very good with a huge selection and could be taken in the dining room or in your suite. »

« We had an exceptional experience. Food both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff we were great. »

« What a suprise , I don’t think the this hotel was advertised well enough, a beautiful property in large well maintained grounds, friendly , polite staff, good breakfast and so clean, nowhere was overlooked, I will recommend and definitely come again. »

« In spite of some very lovely staff, this hotel is in an appalling state and desperately need of a facelift. Water damage on the walls, peeling paint, leaking toilets, a broken shower and windows that haven’t been cleaned in years. The owners need to spend a lot of money on this establishment that must have been spectacular in the past, as neither it or the staff deserve it being left in this state. »

« While we liked the theme of the pub, and the staff were friendly, the stay was let down by a poor nights sleep due to very thin walls and chatter in the pub past 11pm (despite the pub closing at 10). I did complain, and the noise did stop after some time, but it took a significant amount of time to get to sleep even after that. The pillows were also not to our preference, being extremely soft, but we didn’t raise this with staff (as we only stayed one night) so we don’t know if there were any...
