This 1,226 sq ft loft sits inside the historic Bogen Building, a converted warehouse in downtown St. Louis`s Washington Avenue loft district. Original character — exposed brick, timber beam ceilings, cast-iron columns, and polished concrete floors — meets a fully renovated, designer-furnished interior.

The layout: two separate, fully enclosed bedrooms — a king bedroom with dedicated workspace, and a queen bedroom off the open kitchen — two full bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and an open living/dining space with a 55` smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa that sleeps two additional guests. Both bedrooms feature premium mattresses, quality linens, and blackout-friendly window treatments.

You`ll have the entire loft to yourselves, plus access to all building amenities: the rooftop clubhouse (game room and TV lounge), rooftop terrace with grills, first-floor fitness center, business/study room, and coffee bar. One reserved parking spot in the secure lower garage is included.
Self check-in: you`ll receive your building access code and key pickup instructions before arrival. Your keyset includes the unit key, an amenity fob for the elevator and common areas, and a garage remote.

A few things to know before booking:

• Background check & ID: Building management requires the booking guest to complete a brief background check, and all adult guests to provide photo ID, before check-in details are released. We send the link immediately after booking — it takes about five minutes. Please complete it within 48 hours of booking. If the check isn`t completed or can`t be cleared, we`ll ask you to cancel for a full refund.

• Noise monitoring: The unit has a decibel-level monitor (it cannot record sound or conversations) to keep the building peaceful. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.

• Doorbell camera: An exterior-facing camera at the front door. No cameras inside the unit.
• This is a residential building — no parties or events.

• Washington Avenue puts you in the middle of downtown. Walk to Ballpark Village and Busch Stadium (10 min), the Gateway Arch grounds (15 min), Enterprise Center, and America`s Center convention center. City Museum is a short walk west. The block itself has coffee, restaurants, and nightlife — and MetroLink is a few minutes away for the airport run.
No smoking anywhere in the unit or building.
No parties or events. Noise monitoring devices are installed for compliance; do not unplug them (fines apply).
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
Background check required: The main guest must complete a criminal background check, and all guests must submit a photo ID before check-in instructions are shared. If a clear check cannot be provided, the reservation must be cancelled for a full refund.

Parking: Use only assigned garage spot B46. Vehicles parked elsewhere may be towed at owner`s expense.
Do not unplug the noise monitor or camera sync module — fines apply and the stay may be terminated.
