Due to the size of the home and the expense involved in tracking inventory and replacing items, the owner charges $250 plus the replacement cost if a material item has been verified as missing from the home. We believe most guests and tenants are honest and are able to share when something has broken or been removed. As such, broken items remaining in the home will not be charged the $250 fee nor will this $250 fee be charged if the guest informs us of having removed the item prior to our discovery. Replacement costs are charged for all damaged or removed items. "Materiality" by way of non-exhaustive example, would apply to a remote control, phone charger, linens, household good inventory. We also ask guests who check in on a Thursday to pull the trash bins to the curb for collection, and also bring them back into the garage Friday morning or afternoon after pickup.
