We had a fabulous stay. We were in town to visit with family for the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We were able to prepare our contributions the family dinner. While our schedule didn’t leave much room for exploring downtown sights, the location would be ideal for doing just that. Highly recommend this home for its location, amenities and responsive host team. Hope to enjoy this property again and explore other offerings from this host.

Fun for all ages

The family was very impressed when we walked into the house. The snacks were a welcome treat since we got in a little later and had not had time to pick up groceries. The host was very responsive to any questions and the beds were super comfortable. The area was questionable but I had no issues walking my dog around the block. The neighbors were friendly. If we go back to St Louis I would definitly stay here again.

Meet and greet.

After 57 years of not knowing my paternal father and family history was made for me at this property. I meet my paternal family the beginning of a lifetime of priceless memories. It was nice to meet at a nicely decorated and clean house. The only issue I have is the narrow one way street. Otherwise the property is a must stay.

Perfect Getaway

The house was perfect for what we needed for a few days checking out St Louis! We traveled with 2 families, 3 adults and 5 kids between 9 and 14. Everyone and their own space. The house was well equipped with the supplies needed down to toiletries (we’ve never stayed in a place with all the extras). The neighborhood felt safe and the home was located close to the things we had planned to do. Our only complaint was the lock on the back door leading to the garage. Once unlocked the bolt wouldn’t come out far enough to actually open the door. Otherwise our stay was great!

Perfect reunion

We picked this place to meet up with my 20-something son from DC and their 80-something grandparents (my parents) from the Springfield area. The layout was exceptional-only 4 steps to get in, and my parents could go to their bedroom, kitchen and living area on the same level, while the boys could hang out downstairs watching TV or playing Air Hockey. It worked perfectly for us for the weekend.

Perfect for our family

The house was spacious to accommodate our family and in an area close to extended family. Kitchen was great, updated and had all the necessary amenities. Overall, the property met our expectations and needs. Quiet neighborhood. Few opportunities to improve for future guests (these did not negatively impact our overall experience but are worth noting, as many are easy to address): more hangers in the bedrooms, towel rack in the bathroom upstairs falls off the wall as soon as you try to hang the towel, tv in bedroom has a small red light that stays on when the tv is turned off which was very noticeable when trying to sleep, the mattress in the bedroom off the kitchen is not comfortable combined with the bed frame maybe being lose so the whole bed creaks as you turn in the night. The other odd thing was a neighbor down the street that approached us every time we parked and asked us to move our car away from the front of her house so she could save the spot for her son. She was kind about it but it was awkward to have an open space we couldn’t use without causing her to approach. Again, these items did not negatively impact our experience. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the hospitality.

Family visit to St. Louis

Our stay was great. The house was welcoming. We found it to be clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied with adequate dishes, cookware, cleaning supplies and basic food items. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey table and the TV's in every bedroom. We made use of the gas grill and dined on the patio, and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect place to relax in after our busy days of sight-seeing and adventures.

Spring Break

The house was amazingly comfortable, cleaning crew does an exceptional job, getting it ready for people to come in and stay, loose carpeting on the steps leading to basement, bulb missing on light fixture over table, towel rack in bathroom loose, beds are comfortable, kitchen was beautiful, appliances where incredible, wish the walk door to the garage would lock. Had one issue with the neighbor he was accusing me of denting himself his car with me car door but this never happened.

Was very nice and cute. Clean and nicely decorated/had anything we would really need. Communication was amazing. Only complaint would be the check out instructions didn't get to me till the morning of check out. Just not what I'm used to but that's a nitpick complaint. Was perfect for our stay.

Family Visit

Great location and property. Only negative was the rental agency sent out multiple automated texts and emails suggesting I check into the availability of early check in. When I did inquire, I was told to check back the day before our stay started. I did so, and was told they would get back to me after checking with their cleaning staff. They never provided a response so we delayed our arrival to match 4pm check in. Seems like they were offering an option that wasn’t really available. Get rid of that option in automated texts and emails.

Cozy and modern

Cozy, modern, and beautiful. Unfortunately the garage clickers weren’t working for us, but they have plenty of street parking located in front of the house. Area is still in development, but overall quiet neighborhood. You can hear everything going on upstairs even when people are walking so the downstairs bedroom would definitely work for a heavy sleeper. Honestly amazing kitchen, bathrooms were clean and beds were cozy. Definitely recommend and don’t mind coming back if we are back in the area.

This house worked great for our Christmas getaway to visit family. My kids loved the coffee choices and snacks! They provided a lot of things other houses have not in the past. Small things make the difference like hand soap, shampoo, foil/plastic wrap, extra toilet paper, and a crockpot! Only request would have been for extra sheets and blankets. We would absolutely rent this house again.

Funeral

My husband, middle son and I came in from Bolivar and my oldest son and his wife flew in from Minnesota for my father-in-laws funeral. This house was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, plenty of lines provided and the kitchen was very well stocked for preparing food. It was nice being able to park in the garage and not have to worry about street parking. We would definitely stay here again.

-Street parking was very hard to come by but we made it work. -The back gate was locked so I order to get into the garage we had to be dropped off at the front and go through the house to the back. - The place was fairly clean, note I clean air bnb often. I do suggest checking behind all doors for dirty towels, under the couch had tons of trash, the vents and light fixtures are very dirty, and the counters had crumbs on them. I know not everyone will see this detail but as a owner I see this. -other than that our stay was great! Loved the little snacks and how ice was pre made!

Great Place, Great time!

This property was just what we were looking to find when making plans for a baseball getaway. We were close to the activities we were interested in (Botanical Garden, Breweries and Ballpark). The home was spacious and the sleeping accommodations suited our group of five perfectly! The memory foam mattresses were SO comfortable!! We didn’t get a chance to use the back yard area, but if we’d had more time, it would have been perfect for grilling and outdoor social time. There is nothing we didn’t enjoy! Thanks for a great vacation!!
