'We went back and forth about booking due to the reviews and I’m so glad we just went ahead and booked. It’s definitely a good old northern cabin on the lake, outdated, and some spider webs. But, the lake was nice, nice dock, fire pit cozy, beds were comfy and we had a great time! Would definitely rebook if we find ourselves in the area again.'

'Had a great week at this spot! We were looking for a getaway away from people and more in nature and this definitely offered that. It's a pretty minimal setup. There's no running water on site (the pump water isn't drinkable), so make sure to bring some extra water for your stay. There was water there in a few jugs, but we found it helpful to have bottled water to put in the mini fridge. Otherwise, everything was as pictured and very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!'

'It was a great place that we chose. Not many complaints. Weird neighbor people that showed up one time and said they were going to dump a ton of chemicals in the lake to kill the Lily Pads, not environmentally friendly. The house next door is up for sale and that is where it came from. I would suggest putting blinds in the two windows (Master and above room). I didn’t like the gravel, it tracks in and can dirty the rugs in the entry way. We found some pre-existing undergarments in the two...

'Leah was so hospitable! She checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin is so cute and cozy! It is just like the pictures! It was clean and had everything we needed. Our teens enjoyed the paddleboards. We enjoyed swimming at Wayside Beach and catching sunnies off the dock by the beach. '
