« The Waterwheel Inn was exceptional. We had a garden suite which opened straight out onto the amazing gardens and a small double room. Both were decorated nicely and kept clean. Breakfast was served in the lovely conservatory and was excellent with good choices and nice touches like home-made jams and granola. « The ship is unique because of its position in mevagissey. The room was not spacious but adequate for our needs. In the bathroom was a fairly new shower which was great apart from there was no place to put your soap or shampoo. The breakfast was cooked to order and like the evening meals were excellent. The pub has been taken over by a lovely couple called Alex and Noah and along with their attentive staff I believe they will make it a great success »

« Super chambre au dessus d’un charmant pub situé au coeur de la petite ville. Facile de se garer, bonne ambiance, très bon petit déjeuner et personnel très sympathique. Seul petit problème; il faisait relativement chaud durant la nuit malgré un petit ventilateur disposé sur le bureau et il n’était pas possible d’ouvrir la fenêtre en raison du bruit des installations sur le toit. « The villa was immaculate and had everything you could need. Our stay was over Christmas and a Christmas tree had been put up for our stay. All bedrooms were beautifully laid out and the whole property felt very comfortable. The site manager checked in on us after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed Ideally situated for easy reach of Charlestown Fowey etc. if I had to pick up anything it would be that we were a family with 3 cars and there was only really room for 2 outside the...

Les chambres sont confortables, agrémenté d'un joli plateau à thé qui est très pratique pour l'après-midi. Le seul petit hic c'est le lit qui est vraiment étroit et si j'ai un conseil â donner ça serait celui de mettre un ventilateur car en été il fait chaud la nuit dans la chambre donc il faut ouvrir pour avoir de l'air mais du coup, il y a le bruit des voitures qui passent. « Really enjoyed our stay at Harbour Lights. Amazing location overlooking the beach and harbour. Our favourite thing was to take the short walk down to the beach, swim in the sea and then back to the hot tub... magical! Also enjoyed the short stroll into Charlestown to the Pier House and many restaurants around the harbour (Charlestown Fish, Dough Buoys, HBQ are all good). Then there is the Coastal Path which goes from outside the property. Going east up the hill is a great walk, but going west...

« Loved our stay in the pod at the Inn. Access was swift and we even stayed for dinner, which was lovely. Breakfast was continental and was plentiful. Accommodation was clean as the pod looked crisp and new. Basic utensils for an obvious one night stay. Only two blips which were incidentals - no tea towel ( probably forgotten) and the batteries in the remote control for the tv - weren't working but this wouldn't prevent us from recommending or revisting. Lovely local pub, pod and beautiful...

"Bon séjour à Pier house hôtel. Les chambres sont un peu chaudes pendant la canicule. Il y a des ventilateurs mais les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas toutes et pas assez en grand"
