'This worked out well for me. I was in town for a 3-day convention at the GRB. The total cost here was about what 1 night cost downtown and I avoided the $45/day parking. I used the nearby Leeland/Third Ward MetroRail station which is 2 stops from the GRB. There is a concrete slab from a torn down building that I used to park next to the station. I had no problem parking on the street while staying at the Green Tiny House. Though it is not listed in the property amenities, there was a coffee...

'This is perfect place to host my family for Thanksgiving, it was spacious, clean, and easy to navigate to. There was plenty of parking and the self check in was seamless.
