'Very sketchy hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. My teenager and I didn’t feel safe and I was worried about my car being parked there for both nights. There were homeless walking freely around the property and staff was pretty much nonexistent. The office stayed locked the entire time we were there and I only spoke with a staff member at an outside check-in window on the first night. I tried to call the office a few times with questions and never got an answer. The hotel room walls were paper...

'Absolutely horrible. The photos they posted are nothing like the room I had. The walls needed to be fixed, the bed wasn’t made and there were cracks in the floor. Then someone tried to open our door so we left after being there for only 40 minutes. I asked for a refund but because we “used the room” he wouldn’t let us refund. Never coming here again and i recommend you stay far away from here'

'The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work. '

'Cockroach’s in the bathroom, broken pull out couch bed. Toilet flooded bathroom, was given a tiny bit better room on the second floor. '

'Property is close to Disneyland . Unfortunately the sink both rooms we occupied , sink were broken . Water were backing up and it smells so bad . It was very inconvenient. '

'Ideal base to visit Disneyland resort ( a short 1,5 km walk). Room was clean and spacious. The hotel complex looks sketchy and like it could use a revamp; but inside it's much better than it looks from the oustide. Walls and doors however are very thin and since there are a lot of tourists and traffic; it can get noisy in the room (especially the street side where we stayed). Clean pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very basic, not a lot of choice. Enough free parking available on site.'

'Clean hotel, staff upon checkout is not very nice. Breakfast has great selection and the restaurant have great tasting food. We’ll stay again in the future.'
