« This is a quiet place, except for trafic. Very few people at the pool and more than sufficient chair around. Pool towels provided (2/room). People coming everyday to remove public area garbages and blows pool area from leaves and dirt (could do a better job though). A resident cleaned the pool almost every day and added water when required. Thanks. In the room, the top shelf near the air conditioning is never cleaned and had a lot of dust and dead flies. »

« Hostess was very great at communication. Wonderful area and a great view on the marina. Close to everything and A/C was on North Pole cold lol. Highly recommend and my first choice of stay when ever I’m visiting Ft Lauderdale »

« The host was extremely welcoming, responded to inquiries quickly.Unfortunately, due to the proximity of 2 major streets, there was a lot of traffic noise and emergency vehicles. This issue could not be fixed.The issues with the unit includes apparent mold on the bathroom ceiling, tub was dangerously slippery, a hand rail in the shower could prevent injuries, the mattress was too soft and very uncomfortable, the futon in the living area was too low to the ground.
