« This was an older building but very clean. Very close to a wonderful park, restaurants, SoCo. Had everything we need for a few days stay. Check in/out process is very easy. Next door neighbor was super sweet. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We picked this mostly for its central location and relatively low price during a holiday week, but I should have reminded myself that you get what you pay for. (My husband came a few days ahead of me and stayed in a pet-friendly high rise condo right on Cesar Chavez, with a gorgeous view, which was in better shape and cheaper than this, though.)Overall it was fine for a few nights but badly needs new baseboards and fresh paint, and a deep clean.
