'Location was unbeatable. Easy parking. Easy access for Allendale and Brentwood. This is honestly almost the only positive aspect for this place. It is neither Boho nor a guest house, but a poorly maintained studio in disrepair and dirty.The towel rack in the shower is rusted over, as are the shower curtain rod and curtain rings. One of the bathroom lights is missing a cover and the inside and bare bulb is covered in some kind of grimy substance. The ceiling fan over the bed is missing a remote....

'We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and peaceful. Located 15 mins from downtown Austin. Only issue, the hot tube is not available. Was not made aware until day of check in. Otherwise, it was nice!'

'Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it!'
