'Fairly new hotel that is still partially in development. In our opinion there was too little focus on the basics, such as breakfast and diner - both not of the quality you might expect, especially for the prices that come with it. Moreover, there was a lot of chlorine in the pool water. The reason for booking a place like this is because you want to use the tranquility of the countryside and you want to be able to stay on the premises. In our opinion Zahir could do more to facilitate that. '

'Loved our stay. Beautiful, spacious, immaculate room. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. So excited when we saw our location. Great shopping, restaurants' and sightseeing right there out the front door. You won't be disappointed staying here. Definitely would stay there again!'

"Ortigia is een prachtig schiereilandje met een oase aan barokke architectuur. Adembenemend. Het hotel is perfect gelegen, ongelooflijk mooi en de service onberispelijk en hartelijk. Niets is te veel en iedereen is warm hartelijk. Met een extra voor parel Eva die ons ontbijt verzorgde. Prachtige kamers, superschoon. Wat een ontdekking! <3"
