Biggest issue is there really is no parking (she recommended free street parking which was not really available). She felt bad that we were unable to find any parking but we were able to park in a paid lot not too far away. 'Lovely place to stay at an ideal place in the historical part of Syracuse (Ortygia), quiet but at a walking distance of everything there is to see or do. Helpful staff and clean room. Also a good breakfast buffet, with an amazing view of the harbour and when we couldn't make breakfast the second day due to having to catch an early train we got some fruit instead, so we can only thank the staff again for their flexibility. Would definitely recommend!'
