'We were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk, who took care of us quickly and efficiently. At first, the clerk was not aware that I had reserved two rooms, but then is became apparent that the rooms were under two different confirmation numbers. Not sure if that was an Expedia problem or if I did something wrong with the reservation. I'll just remember for the next trip. Otherwise, a super experience.'

'When we arrived I couldn’t figure out the buttons on the elevator and thought it was broken. The nice lady, I did not catch her name was a huge help and even rode the elevator with us to make sure we knew how to work it. You couldn’t just push the floor button and the doors closed. Very nice lady and there was a maintenance gentleman that was a big help also. Only negative is..we wished they offered continental breakfast😢'

'Super easy check in. My room was ready so I was able to check in a little bit early. There is a snack corner right by the front desk with several drink and snack options. It’s kind of tucked in so you really have to be looking for it to see it. The pool is smaller but good if you have small kids. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. The room was super clean and and housekeeping came everyday. All in all great stay! '

'The staff at Quality Inn was so nice, and very helpful. I had to stay overnight at the airport, due to lost luggage. After finally getting my luggage, I booked the 1st hotel I could find. I called and Jazz the front desk representative took my call. I explained my situation and asked for an early checkin. What I asked for was what I got.
