'My sister came with me and was in another room and when we went to check out they were going to charge 250 dollars because they said they detected smoke in her room at 4:30am on the first morning. She is not a smoker and they didn’t tell her until check out, seven days later. It was a big hassle checking out and they told her they wouldn’t take it off her bill and she would have to dispute it.'

'Room wasn’t cleaned well, dirty towels refolded, spilt residue in fridge, dirty sandy tub, showers were cold, neither phone would work in the room. '
