Maisons de ville à Île Santa Rosa

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« Feel that the hotel is very clean but my room had a couch that had big dirty stains on it. I did not want to sit on that couch. Everything else was clean. I have mixed emotions with staff. Feel they were not friendly at all, helpful yeah, and don’t want to say they were rude, just that they almost had no expression in there faces (was weird), no demeanor and never greeted anyone with a hello, welcome, or anything else. To the exception of one staff in the entire hotel. I stayed there for 3 days...

« Great everything »

« Personnel très avenant et courtois. l'hôtel est coller sur la plage. »

« I had stayed at this property before but didn't realize it when booking. I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The beach location is perfect and the property is nice and relaxing. The on-site restaurant facing the beach is super convenient with great food and service. I would absolutely stay here again. This is an older property but it is well maintained and clean. »

« Tres bien situé sur le bord de plage avec un acces direct. Bemol pas de restaurant tres proche accessible a pied comme partout aux us mais un resto sur place. »

« Will sat its ridiculous to pay parking fee when hotel fee and taxes are enormous »

« Excellent »

« L'hôtel est tres bien placé mais souffre d'un niveau de propreté en-deçà du niveau attendu. Mauvaise literie et clim bruyante. Pas de femme de ménage durant notre sejour.De nombreuses bebetes au niveau de la piscine... C'est donc un mauvais rapport qualité prix. »

« The sunrise view was good »

« Location perfect, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Private beach in the back was great to drink coffee and relax before heading out for the day. Bar & grille on site with live band and good food. Staff was very courteous. Only complaint was no curtains to block the light, so bright in the room at night and could hear the outside and people above us way too well. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. »

« Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay! »

« great location, clean room, friendly staff »

« Balcon directement face à la mer. Tranquille et très propre. Tous les appareils ménagers sont fonctionnels. A recommander. »

« We like that it was on the second floor so we could easily see the ocean from our balcony. This unit was a corner unit so there was only another unit on one side. The kitchen had a nice selection of cookware etc. the complex had two outdoor pools, and indoor heated pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam sauna. The area was quiet without a lot of touristy attractions. We love to be outside and walk or ride our bikes, and there was a very nice paved trail in the area that was probably at least 12...
