After having to move us rooms because the one we paid had a broken AC (of which we had to stay one night in the blazing heat), they told us they would move us to a better room, which was a lie.

'Hotel has great potential. Great location, views are amazing. The rooms should be updated, modernized. Decor and layouts are very 80s. If they update the rooms the hotel would be amazing.'

'We enjoyed our stay at Gran Juquila Hotel. Clean room. Great water pressure on shower. Great food options at the restaurant. Great services throughout the hotel, taxi service, great massage space, tour guide options, mini convenience store. Great location to the beach and nearby restaurants. 15 minute walk to Huatulco center or 5 minute drive. We loved it and will be going back every time we can.'

'This hotel does not give you what it advertised. The wifi connection was very bad or not available No restaurant, no bar, I would not stay there again.'
