'Email was sent by Q Stay with confirmation of our room on level 26 ocean views. 3 night stay. Very special occasion for my daughters 9th birthday day. I had shown her and she was suoer excited. We were give a room on level 12 with views nothing like 26. I made a complaint and we they offered another hotel a few kilometre away. Its was nice. But by then it was nearly dark and we had enough by then. I had booked originally somewhere close to everything. We had to drive everywhere instead. '

'Unfortunately I booked during the New Years and when we arrived the free wifi wasn’t working. The TV, microwave & fridge weren’t working too. We had to call and follow up every day until the 4th day we stayed that they fix the wifi. The TV, microwave & fridge were somehow connected to the lightswitch so we had to sleep with the light on if we want our food to stay fresh in the fridge'

'The apartment was lovely. Modern with great views in a very nice building. We were so close to the action of Surfers and so close to the beach. Had a great week. The only issue is having to get the keys from another building before moving in. Can be a of a bummer trying to find parking and the like but I am being a bit of a sook here. Nice place to stay '
