« We e been staying at Seda capital whenever we’re in Bacolod. It has always been consistent with customer service/staff and most especially excellent variety of the breakfast buffet menu. »

« Perhaps this hotel was a place to be in the 80’s… Old building, overrated. We have been botheres from the 1st minute by calls for massage, mgt check,… really not on purpose. They claim for 1500 PHP cash advance, no credit card allowed as anywhere else… and there is nothing in the minibar. Checkin/out is long just because of that. Swimming pool is shared with locals for 500 PHP, including food and drinks. Just imagine how comfortable it is for guests. No hot water, had to call reception, a guy...

« Hotel and rooms were very clean. Majority of staff was great. 1 early morning front desk girl didn’t even say good morning or acknowledge us when we came down. Rest were great. Free breakfast was a total waste. Like a cheap microwave meal. Very disappointing. »

« Le wifi de l'hôtel est vraiment nul, le nettoyage des chambres laisse à désirer mais par contre j'aime le fait d'être près des services de proximité. Le fait que Robinson mall est juste derrière l'hôtel est un gros point positif. »

« Breakfast buffet was awesome! Although the toilet papers easily run out, there’s no problem for replenishment when you request from front desk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the security guards are concerned for your safety as we tend to walk around the blocks very early in the morning and asked us to walk where he can keep an eye on us .. none that we encountered any safety issues with our walks. Although hot outside, the AC worked real well. Very affordable too! »

« Live concerts just beside at Kinoboy bar. Robinson market at 500 meters. Many snacks, cofee shops and restaurants all around. No water pressure in the bathroom and not very clean. Good and comfy bed. Fair for the price »

« L’état de la piscine j’ai pu s’améliorer la climatisation qui fait du bruit et qui crache des glaçons. Pas de télé quand j’étais là pendant jours la wi-fi toute pourrie. »

« 服務不錯，地點也算方便！ 剛進到大廳的時候覺得非常的氣派，實際辦理入住的時候才發現到我選的是在本館的套房° 服務人員耐心地跟我解說內容，可能是我的語文能力還不夠好，沒有辦法完全理解。再者，比較可惜的是並沒有跟我說是否可以使用本管的餐飲服務等等，所以我入住的這幾天就沒有特別過去享用他們的餐點° 入住後，房間算乾淨，設備比較基本，但是基本上該有的毛巾都有，只是毛巾有一點髒髒的感覺，不知道是不是因為房間的燈光比較昏暗的關係° 洗澡水柱稍微弱了一點，因為沒有準備室內拖鞋，腳濕濕的踩到房間會覺得有一種滑滑、黏黏的感覺，之後就去買了一雙室內拖鞋了…冷氣會涼，但是聲音稍微大聲° 小插曲是，我一開始拿到的房卡根本無法進入房間，再告知櫃檯後，你處理了兩三次才完成，但服務人員還是非常有耐心的幫我解決這個問題！ »

« The staff is nice and the room was comfortable but it was ants everywhere (bathroom, bed, table...) and we can see it's an old hotel (wall not clean, door with termites...) At night there is a club just next to the hotel and we have free music with people who speak loudly. »
