I have stayed in this condo several times. Until now the communication with management and everything being in order was great. This time was a failure. There was no internet at all. When I reached out for help the response time was over an hour and a half on the first reply. They told me to rest the router. When I told them there was no router in the apartment it was over an hour before the responded again with they will check into it. Another hour later after asking them multiply times for help I was told there was nothing they could do. That the apartment had a problem. They told me again that they would let me know what they could do in the morning. It has now been 20 hours and I have heard nothing from management of the property. I can no longer support this company. That will be the last time I stay in this property.
