'The hotel itself is amazing. The amenities, cleanliness, and overall aesthetics were excellent, making for a beautiful and comfortable stay. The only downside was the front desk staff. They were not very accommodating and seemed to lack communication. The room service system also needs some improvement. I made a simple request for milk for our morning coffee, but unfortunately, it never arrived. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The hotel and amenities are great, but the staff...
