Flats in San Joaquin Valley

'I gave tis 5 stars even though this is an older building, with some older furniture, because it was very clean, the hosts responded fast, directions for check in/out were very clear, the hot tub was clean and hot! The wifi wasnt great, but we were informed of that and didnt need it. Great off the main road location and close enough to everything we needed in minutes. Oh and the temperature inside stayed a perfect 70! Wonderful hideout getaway!!!'

'Great place, location, and host '

'Pros: the host was super responsive and very plant to deal with. The Latin is very nice, quiet and lots of parking spaces. The kitchen was well stock with spices and coffee, and creamer! Cons: the bed was a little too soft for us. More instructions would be great- how to turn on the fireplace, Google and its bad direction (running into a fenced dead end), gate code is provided AFTER getting inside the house (had to wait for a fuest to exit the ground and squeezed in). Overall though, a nice...

'The property was in a great location. '

'The place and crew is wonderful! We had an issue with our fireplace not turning on that took a few hours but they sent someone to get it going '

'This home was just what we wanted, well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and towels… pool was nice and fairly quiet. Bedrooms on either side of the condo was nice as well.. '

'Lovely studio with all the amenities, plus lovely patio area, all just across from the beach, and swimming pool on the premises. Gated parking too. This is a really nice and quiet complex. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks and farmers market. Host is very helpful, provides lots of useful information.'

'Comfy place to lounge and watch movies, and nice hot tub! Close to grocery stores/ cafe. '

'From the moment we drove up the tree lined driveway, we knew we had chosen the right spot. The Quail’s Nest was perfect for our get away. Clean, well stocked, and not too far from the lake where family was camping. Communication with the owners was easy. Response time was quick! We would definitely return. 5 stars? No problem! I would give more if I could!!'

'Had a great time here, everything was clean and it felt like home.'
