'Great staff. Excellent location'

'The location is great, very close to all the nice shops on Exeter street, just across from the Boston Public Library. The staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. Be aware the hotel is an older property and they have chosen to maintain the same esthetic, so it has that old school hotel vibe. Bed was super comfortable, A/C was very cold, liked the pillow, had bathrobes, ironing board and iron for guest use. Big bathroom with a tub.'

'Goed hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik was daar voor het marathonweekend en de locatie kan dan haast niet beter. Direct tegenover de kledingafgifte en in de veiligheidszone. 'The room is very convenient for walking around Boston - and is right next to Boston University (noise). Unfortunately the noise from the city (sirens, traffic, yelling, etc) and light were very loud/noticeable. The room has only metal blinds and would greatly benefit from room darkening, heavy curtains to help eliminate some of that. Everything was clean.
