'This was the first time I have stayed at this property and it was absolutley wonderful. The apartment was beautifully kept, the view was stil beautiful even though blocked by road side trees. Staff were amazing when I advised of the 3 very minor issues upon leaving. The pool, saunas, bbq area and eating area were well kept and clean as well. Very short walk around the corner to a bus that can take you into the city or out to Sea world. Great location. I will definatley be booking again.'

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'Tidy 2 bedroom apartment (17B) in a good condition. Parking was secure. No lift so had to carry bags upstairs. Minimal supplies (toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid and dish soap, 1 towel per person) but all available at a cost at reception. Really great location to get out and about. Heated pool could have been warmer. Would definitely stay there again - budget friendly accommodation and reflected in price.'

'Room is great but dirty. I think the only thing what was cleaned were the sheets. For us not a big problem. We cleaned it by ourselves and after that we had a brilliant time. So sad to see that some things can be better(cleaning). it can be a perfect location.'
