Slecht werkend internet. Er wordt niet goed schoongemaakt resten van vorige gasten aanwezig op behang muren etc. Waren tijdens ons verblijf getuige van brutale diefstal tijdens ontbijt.

Me parece poco serio las fotos nada que ver con la realidad de la habitaciones , con humedad luces quemadas cama matrimonial no, son 2 camas juntas de una plaza en mi caso el inconveniente que fui con mi hija de 3 años y justo quedaba en el medio de las 2 camas, personal en gral poco amable salvó contadas excepciones desayuno buffet un desastre poca variedad de comida, mucha espera en ascensores ya que cuenta con 1 solo y el otro de servicio se comparte con el personal lo que hace tedioso el tener que esperar los mismos por varios minutos. En conclusión jamás volvería a este hotel ya que el servicio no es bueno y el precio es elevado para lo que ofrecen por un poco más del precio no mucho más hay hoteles frente a la playa con vistas excelente y servicios de calidad, todo resto que le hace falta a este hotel.

The hotel left much to be desired. During the five days I stayed there, only one of the 3 lifts was working, which meant it was sometimes impossible to go up or down. It took me 6 minutes to go from the ground floor to the 11th floor. The bedsheet was torn. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the tile finishing was missing. The air conditioning temperature control didn't work, causing the room to be very cold and giving me a sore throat. They mistakenly charged for a water bottle in the room. With the lifts broken, I had to take the stairs twice. There were several trays, dishes, jugs, and litter in the emergency stairs, which by law should always be clear. I reported this one night. The next day, the garbage was still there. I mentioned it again, and if you doubt it, the litter is probably still there. Overall, the breakfast is good, and they vary the hot items daily. Twice, the scrambled eggs were full of eggshells.

I enjoy using Expedia for my travel leisure. However, this particular venue was the most horrible venue I’ve ever stayed at, and I was utterly shocked by the room as it was noted as an upgrade. I had to mention that I was supposed to receive an upgrade, and then the front clerk upgraded me not as a means of “you have been upgraded” because of the status of my relationship with Expedia. The room was small, it was not clean, it had ants, the air had mold, which caused me to become sick, and I was ill for at least two days trying to recover. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The sink was clogged with hair in the sink, and the air was not flowing inside the bathroom for ventilation. There was mold on the walls and the views were of an alley. The only positive thing that came of this trip was that one or two front desk clerks were very friendly and helped me navigate finding some excursions, and one glimpse of a view of the Christ redeemer. Overall, I will coin this trip to be my worst experience of booking with Expedia. If you need evidence or pictures regarding these allegations, please advise where I can submit them for review.

The wifi was not good, the elevator was broken so we had to wait long time to go in. The pool was nice, the room and the area was good because there was a lot of things near us.

Hotel muito bom, com boa localização, higiene das acomodações impecável, café da manhã excelente, tudo fresquinho com bastante variedade e os pães são um caso a parte, MARAVILHOSO! Uma única sugestão é referente a iluminação, senti falta de mais luzes nos quartos.

Os quartos são relativamente bons, porém a internet é péssima, os funcionários não fazem questão de resolver nada, não são bons anfitriões, o café da manhã é ridículo, piscina com água gelada (não dá pra entrar a noite), tv no meu quarto não funcionava nenhum canal e o técnico não foi resolver apesar de chamá-lo várias vezes.

Property is conveniently located near shopping areas, restaurants, and walking distance to the beach. Was very quiet and peaceful when I was ready to rest from Carnival. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was not very tasty so I just had scrambled eggs and fruit with water each day of my stay. They did have a variety of pastries but I do not eat many sweets.

Lage gut, Check In hat nicht funktioniert, als wir um 03.00 Uhr ins Zimmer eintraten war schon jemand am schlafen! Zimmer sauber und genug gross, Terrasse und Fitness ok. Pool Wasser dreckig, sollte dringend gewechselt werden. Frühstücksbufett minimal, Raum laut, Kinder Filme am Handy/Tablet schauen, Eltern und Personal schreiten nicht ein, für diesen Preis schon bessere Hotels erlebt.

Dessa vez não gostei!
Fico muito nesse hotel e adoro, mas dessa vez, talvez por ter chegado à noite, me deram um quarto para a área interna que dava para um vão de ventilação, além de ser menor. Já fiquei em standard outras vezes, e não eram assim.

Hotel pulito, ottima colazione, unica pecca il wifi nella stanza non funzionava bene. Ho avvisato ma il problema non è stato risolto. Piscina un pò piccola, ristorante buono ma c'è di meglio in zona a prezzi più convenienti. Un pò caro l'hotel rispetto ai servizi offerti e al costo della vita del posto. Comunque sono stato bene, posso consigliarlo.

Vale muito a pena! Excelente hotel.
Hotel muito bem localizado, ótimo comércio nas imediações e próximo à praia de Copacabana. O apartamento muito bom, limpo e confortável. Banho excelente e tudo funcionando bem, ótimas camas. No terraço o hotel tem piscina, bar, sauna e academia. Estacionamento pago e com manobrista que não constava na reserva. Café da manhã excelente.

O quarto era ok, dentro do esperado. Ar condicionado muito barulhento O serviço de quarto pedido estava bem bom e num preço justo, mas as bebidas eram surreais de caras Mas a partir ruim mesmo é que sabonete e shampoo são do tipo líquido, presos na parede. Até aí, zero problema, desde que tenha sabonete dentro do recipiente, e não tinha. Péssimo descobrir isso já dentro do banho, molhado. É o básico no processo de arrumar o quarto para o hóspede verificar se os recipientes de sabonete e shampoo não estão vazios

Hotel muito bom, quarto ótimo, confortável, ótima localização e com um bom preço Café da manhã maravilhoso (só um pouco cheio dependendo do horário) Um pouco barulhento, mas isso é mais uma questão de Copacabana que do Hotel em si já que sempre tem muitos bares, festas, restaurantes por todo o bairro.
