'My experience at this hotel was very disappointing from the moment I arrived. No one welcomed me when I got to the hotel and the overall attitude of the staff was unfriendly from the very first interaction with the valet staff. 'Beautiful resort hotel. BEACH access. Always helpful staff. Nothing negative with this hotel. I wish I had time to do some of the resort activities outbound excursions were early in the am. Today during check out i was able to do the free salsa lesson. The only thing I did not like is the swimming pool is not deep enough to swim but still great to sit in.'
