'Bath shower downstairs as well as kitchen sink had no hot water. We Were told kitchen sink was made that way. Loft Bunk beds upstairs mattress were not comfortable at all. Owner was quick to respond, the service man arrived soon and turned up hot water which did make a difference in the other 2 rooms. We could have used more pillows and towels and the frig did not stay cold. Ice maker was not working we had to purchase ice. Shower heads were clogged spraying water many directions. Location,...

'This is a lovely home, perfect for our multi-generational family. There was plenty of room for our family of 6, and we loved using the hot-tub. One of our family is a professional chef, so we enjoyed the fully-equipped kitchen and grill ( and had delicious meals!) The location is wonderful for access to the beach and the rainforest. Our host was very accessible and came quickly to solve a minor plumbing problem. We hope to return!'

"Rooms are not very big, but they are clean. Being at the airport means you can hear planes the whole day. We stayed two nights a week apart and had issues with the water on both occasions. The water in the shower was too hot, also the shower handle came loose. Our arrival was after 11 pm once and we left at 3 am the second time, both were no trouble at all. The hotel is right at the airport and very convenient for late arrivals and early departures. I would recommend this hotel gor this reason alone. The included breakfast was adequate."
