Wonderful place, location, host, and amenities. Walking to Wyllie's was a nice treat and being in a nice quiet place that was so close to Hanalei was perfect.

Great place to stay. The signs in the neighborhood is not up to date so it took a bit to find the building. It is a bit of walk from the designated parking spots to the door. We saw some ants in the kitchen but not a major issue. There are no aluminum foil etc. FYI if you need to cook. The wind chine is amazing but if you want to keep it quiet at night, you can put a towel in it. The ACs are great in the unit. The grocery in the area is pricey so if you have a car, get groceries from Lihue area.

Great stay. Received emails from host, had no issues. Only minor problem is the towel rack in one bathroom was poorly installed and I had to fix it while I was there and it fell off. Easy fix as they had a flathead screwdriver on-site. I appreciated the host not sending too many emails/texts and only what I needed.

Had a blast. Kuaui has so much to offer for activities. Condo was amazing. Everything worked and clean as well. Spent our mornings swimming in queens bath. 5 minutes away

Beautiful cozy property with comfy beds

Loved the cozy beds, a/c, and laundry in unit. North shore is beautiful. Wish it wasn’t such a drive back into town on the east and south shores, but no matter what you’re still only 1.5 hours or less from almost everything on the island. We had a wonderful week in Kauai.

We booked for 7 nights in July 2026. We arrived to a dishwasher of dirty dishes and an unusable washing machine. Otherwise, the property was clean enough and fit description. We had already been traveling for 7 days, so having a washing machine at this property was critical to us as we arrived with a suitcase of dirty clothes. Upon arrival, we noticed the washing machine had chunks of black mold and mildew on the gasket. Two clorox wipes made no dent. It was July 4th so I emailed the management company but did not expect a reply until the next day. After a few business hours went by the next day, I called back to understand our options. They would not guarantee someone to come until Monday which would be day 3 of our 7 there. A light clean alone would not make me comfortable with the washing machine and I felt diminshed by the staff who said that technically the machine was "working" but that I just did not want to use it. I asked for a refund and moved to another condo that was AMAZING. For context, when the washing machine at the next unit had a slight issue they sent someone over within hours and said if we had any further issues they would pay for a luxury laundry service for us. It was fixed same day and they were so communicative and kind. Hawaii is a trip of a lifetime for many of us, and this unit did not live up to my cleanliness or service expectations. They refused to refund over 500 in fees and charged me for the cleaning. I have never left a property before this

Nice place on the North Shore

We enjoyed our stay. The property is nicely furnished. There was everything that you would need. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of square footage. The only negative I can find is that the pool seemed small. The fact is that the North Shore has so much to see and do, that we never used the pool. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Tips: If you want to park at Ke'e Beech or hike the trail, you must pre-pay for a parking space on line and they sell out fast. Check the park's website.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a mid stay. I am confused with the high reviews. Check in was easy, the room was overall clean, the property grounds were immaculate but there are things I wish I would've known ahead of time.• The primary bedroom is extremely bright, there are no blackout shades. I wish I would have brought a sleeping mask. • The washer is a little moldy and gross • There were only non-stick pans (that we're so used they lost their nonstick), my family prefers natural cast iron to cook with. • The roosters are very loud early in the morning, bring earplugs.• The walk to Anini Beach is steep and muddy. It's not a quick jaunt, very steep and roughly 20 minutes each way and extremely humid. Impossible with a toddler • The condo itself is not toddler friendly, there are a lot of breakables. • There were conflicting checkout instructions. There is a binder + all the emails, I was unsure which instructions to follow.• The bed in the primary bedroom is on its last leg (I cannot speak for the second bedroom). It was squeaky and lumpy and no one in my family got a good night's rest.• The pool was fine, it was clean but small.• The only reason I would not return is because of the couch (which we spent a lot of time on, because of the toddler). The couch was so uncomfortable. It was sunken in and dirty, it is in dire need of replacement.

In the condo, you will find all the amenities needed for cooking (if you so wish). There is a Foodland that is a 4-minute drive from this location. Everything else was very nice & clean. However, if you want someplace nice & quiet, this might not be best for you. The neighbors were boisterous with their children. However, I didn't mind it. All in all, I would stay here again if I had to. A++

Overall great layout, had everything and then some for a week… could use more forks, there were only a half dozen or so, all the wall bottles in the bathrooms were empty. Home was great! However getting there was not, there was a very long skinny uphill pathway from parking, just gravel and dirt, they were replacing the sidewalks. A heads up from the management would have been appreciated, we had large roller bags that were useless because no concrete! Had to make many trips back and forth carrying in dirt. I hope for future renters they have this fixed. Just would have appreciated communication with this
