'The owners have obviously gone out of their way to ensure this place has all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is very well-equipped with high end appliances and all necessary gadgets. The beds are comfortable with supportive mattresses and breathable linens. The towels are plush and soft. The beach chairs and umbrella are premium quality and in great shape. The bathrooms are spa-inspired. And the views of the ocean from the grounds are breathtaking. All in all a fantastic and luxurious place...

'Das Appartement liegt in einer schönen, aber künstlich angelegten Feriensiedlung an einem Golfareal, die außer einem Pool keine Annehmlichkeiten bietet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es, aber keine Restaurants oder Foodtrucks in der Nähe, ebenfalls kein Strandzugang. Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen von der Größe her völlig ausreichend. 'Nice studio on the first floor in some village-like community. Modern, with nice balcony to eat breakfast. Though not equipped for cooking, although there were Bbq's to use near the pool. We found that to much fuss. Good shower, we slept like a log. Shops nearby, highway nearby. Quiet, no city life.'

'We paid for a week upfront and I was surprised at checkout when they charged me $380 for resort fees and taxes. This should have been explained upfront. The place was wonderful though. Just be prepared for daily fees of $17 for parking, $22 resort fees, 4.71% general tax and 13.25% accommodation tax… all daily.'

'Everything about this place was great, from the communication with property owner, to the updated condo that had everything you need! Great location for exploring the north shore and you get the view. The condo had beach chairs, towels, tent, and a cooler that we used every day. The charcoal grill was a bonus, and the pool is nice. If you want all of that and an amazing view, book this place!!'

'We loved our stay at this condo in Princeville! The living space was comfortable and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home, from TP, coffee, paper towels, dishwasher pods and dish soap, to beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. But, the best reason to stay here is for that view!! It is just mesmerizing and the sunsets are so beautiful! We would absolutely stay here again'
