The hosts are kind and friendly and made several excellent recommendations for things to do in Ocotal and even helped us map out a route to our next destination. The apartment and property were clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. We spent our evenings in the dipping pool. 'O imóvel fica numa parte da praia que não fica tão cheia e tem salva vidas. Boa para caminhar e nadar. Vi muitos pets felizes curtindo a praia e nada de sujeira deles. Infelizmente virou hábito dr alguns levar caixas de som grandes para praia. O estacionamento do prédio é otimo, a área de churrasqueira é bem bacana e a area de ducha excelente tb. 'No surprises here, exactly as listed. Communication with the Host was always timely. They turned us onto a great transport service to and from Liberia Airport. This place is on the small side but had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The king bed was on the hard side and not the foam mattress we are used to but worked fine. The air con runs all the time and makes some noise but we like some white noise when we sleep. Easy walk to the beach and 3 restaurants....

'The property is very nice and somewhat secluded from the hustle of Tamarindo. But not too far, walking distance to the night market, bars and beach. If I can give one tip. Leave the lock box outside on the gate since it is used for other properties as well. Enjoy your stay here!!'

'The property is in a great location- super close to one of the main strips and a straight shot to the beach. The grounds were being updated while we were there but was fantastic value overall. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was also nice. '

'We didn't have a good experience. Arrived and the power didn't work. Had to find the breaker box and flip power on. Towels were mildewy, living room had a musty smell. Beds were not comfortable. Guards closed the gate on my rental car as I was talking with them -- scraped the car door. We actually left after 2 nights to move to a different place we found online. We've asked for our money back on the nights we didn't stay there. Waiting to hear back.'
