Wij hadden dit wel graag geweten voor we daar aankwamen dat het 3 woningen samen op 1 domein zijn, 1 van eigenares en nog 1 aan de overkant, (wel met hoge haag tussen en voldoende parkeerruimte tussen de 2 woningen)want als we alleen zijn op een domein kan onze hond heel de dag los lopen en nu kon dit niet omdat hij getriggerd werd door het rondgeloop van eigenares en...

'We werden ontvangen door de eigenaresse en haar zoon. Ze laten eerst het huis zien en leggen verschillende dingen uit. Je krijgt een grote mand met groenten en fruit uit hun eigen tuin. Het huis met 2 airco’s is erg ruim en heeft grote slaapkamers. De tafel en stoelen in de tuin achter het huis zijn ideaal voor eten in de schaduw. 'Charmaine and Sam are the best. They are there but they are not there, if you know what i mean. The house is very pretty and complete and we had a blast staying in the house. We were with 4 adults and a 1.5yo baby and the fence around the pool is Just the best. We Could sit on the terrace and our Son Could walk around and play in the garden without being at risk. 'Goede informatie vooraf via VRBO op de website, foto's conform de realiteit. Fijn contact vooraf met de eigenaar ivm diverse vragen. We kregen ook tips mbt restaurants en goede info vooraf voor de incheck. Het huis zelf ligt rustig maar vlakbij het dorp (bakker 2 minuten met de auto of 10 min lopen). Bergerac en Perigieux op max 30 minuten rijden. Ruime woonkamer, complete keuken met inventaris, ruimte slaapkamers met voldoende bergruimte, 2 badkamers en 2 toiletten wel fijn. Kleine electra...

'We loved our stay. Beautiful home . The amenities were excellent . location amazing so close to the town of Bergerac and by the river. Pool was nice and warm ( be sure to put the cover on each night to keep the warmth ) . The only warning is keep mosquito repellant handy. Being near water and the River. Check in quick . It would be nice to have Fans in the living areas & bedrooms but the walls are thick so over all house stays pretty cool. Wonderful Charm and we had a great time - Will go again...

"We had a very nice and comfortable stay in this well situated house near Le Bugue. Well situated because a lot of the must sees in the Dordogne are within 1 hour drive. The house itself is well equiped and offers everything you need for a selfcatering holiday home. A large Hypermaché is in the nice village. The owners live nextdoor and are very helpfull when needed but give you all your privacy. The warmed swimming pool is nice and had a very nice and comfortable poolhouse. The pool is a maybe a bit small and is situated across 'the street' (we were not aware of that) but that's really no issue unless you have small childeren: You don't have a view on the pool from the house. The house itself feels very cozy. Be aware that the acces to the first floor is by a loft ladder and the only toilet is on ground level. That is actually the only less comfortable aspect a this pretty house. Anyway, we had a very nice stay and definitly recommend this place."
