The concierge staff reached out to us in advance offering assistance and were able to arrange two accommodations we wanted even before we checked in. 'It’s a great property on a nice location. But I booked a design suite, arrived at 1.30 pm. Room not ready (normal). Ready after 3 pm so I went in the city to have lunch. Came back at 3.30, received the key and guess what? Room was still occupied with clothes, suitecases, not cleaned. After an hour they gave me another (normal) room. Above that the rooftop pool is empty, bar not open, elevator doesn’t work. Got nof compensation other than a (nice) drink. So overall not at all what I paid for €...
