I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Casa Noa which occurred from 10/30/25 to 11/2/25 Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to several serious issues.
Firstly, I was surprised to find hidden charges added to my bill at checkout that were not disclosed during the booking process or upon arrival. These unexpected fees created an inconvenience and diminished my trust in your establishment.
Secondly, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The bathroom and bedding appeared unclean, and there was an overall lack of maintenance. Additionally, I encountered bugs in the room, which not only caused discomfort but also posed health concerns.
Furthermore, upon returning home, I discovered that some personal belongings were missing from my hotel room. This loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience.
I expect prompt action to address these issues, including a full explanation of the hidden charges, assurance of improved cleanliness standards, pest control measures, and an appropriate resolution regarding my missing items.
