'The property was clean, our door didn’t lock so we had to change out rooms. The mattresses need to be replaced and the rooms can use a little updating but overall it was a good stay. I think the staff said they are about to start a renovation so that would definitely make it a great stay'

'The staff here are always so helpful and wonderful. The beds are comfortable. You get a peaceful sleep and the check in and out processes are smooth. Every time I'm in the area, I make it a point to stay here. I have yet to be disappointed by anything.'

'Boomtown casino offers great rooms, but you might get a folding chair, and office chair, or an oversized (more comfortable) chair. For extended stays like ours, not having the more comfortable oversized chair is an issue. The parking lot is often dirty with trash left on the ground, and cats roam the property. The front desk staff are very night, but sometimes there is a shortage of towels, washcloths, linens, which is wholly inconvenient.'

'Loved the St Charles Inn. Room was clean, parking was safe and secure. We walked to Magazine St and ate supper and did some shopping. Best part is the St Charles St trolley stops right in front of the hotel. Rode it into town both days we were there. Always felt safe. Definitely going back and recommending it to family and friends.'

'It was a pleasant experience, me and my friends had a lot of fun in the pool. Neatness was topnotch, we took alot of pictures. We had to pay extra for packing which wasn't planned for, but we love the proximity to various activities we wanted to experience like d aquarium and cruise ship.'
