Pros: Convenient location, close to freeway and Old Town. Relatively quiet given the location. Decor is minimalist and pleasant. There are some thoughtful touches such as large mirrors in sink area, and lots of wall hooks for coats and bags. New washer & Dryer.Cons: Very drab, tired condo building and a unit that needs some TLC. Cleaning issues--Exterior entry mat was filthy. Both patio doors were dirty--especially the inside door tracks. LR curtains were stained/dirty (visible w, with a holey screen door that could not be left open in the evening due to bugs. Patio had not been blown or swept, and had 3 patches of large weeds growing right next to the firepit & clearly visible from the bedroom. The Bathroom is extremely small; Bathtub was stained, needs to be regrouted, and there was rust around the drain. These issues took pleasure away from spending time in the unit and also hanging out on the patio.Communication: We did reach out right away to guest services about the above issues, and I even attached pictures. The following morning I received a message from GoodNight Stay advising: "we're addressing these items directly with our cleaning and maintenance teams for immediate attention...we're always here to listen and make things right." Then, nothing at all happened. No additional cleaning was done, no weeds were pulled. As our daughter said, after we texted pictures to her: "Yeah, Yikes!! These seem like easy-ish fixes with a little more attention to detail."
