« Un endroit très calme, chambre et salle de bains très spacieuses, restaurant sympa »

« Very pleasing location with great view to Bristol Channel. Super friendly and helpful young couple is running it. If we would be in Lynton again, definetely we would consider to be there again! »

« Personnel accueillant, parking très pratique et la nouriturre était excellente ! »

« Tres bel endroit »

« **Disappointing stay, particularly for an elderly guest** We booked a two\-night stay based on the hotel’s excellent 8\.8 rating on Expedia, but unfortunately our experience fell well short of expectations\. On arrival, reception was unattended and our keys had been left on the desk. Staffing was extremely limited, the dining room was cold and we had to eat in the adjoining pub instead. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very cold, with the hotel heating switched off despite the cold...

« Très beau bâtiment ancien avec une très jolie décoration intérieure. Hôte très sympathique et accueillante, avec un excellent petit déjeuner servi. Grand parking payant à proximité et logement bien situé dans le village. Merci beaucoup »

« Hotel très agréable, avec un bon restaurant j'y suis allé 2 fois et toujours aussi bien je le recommande »

« The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere. Otherwise, the room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom clean and big enough. The breakfast offers quite a variety of food. »

« Un accueil très agréable. La chambre était spacieuse et propre avec un lit King size. »

« Chambre au 3eme etage sous les toits, tres chaude. La fenetre ancienne, ne s'ouvre que sur 3 cm, impossibilité d'aérer la chambre. Bonne situation, parking payant a proximite. »

« Nice b&b with nice view. Affordable and the staff were friendly :) »

« What a hidden gem The Annex, Rose Cottage is. Perfectly situated if you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of life! Nancy & Paddy are very welcoming hosts on hand to offer local knowledge on the best pubs to visit, walks to take or supply any small thing you may have forgotten. The cottage is beautifully presented , warm and clean with a very comfortable sofa and bed. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I have experienced with everything that is required - a real home from...

« The room, was filthy dirty, bed sheets smelt of mould wet dog. Cups dirty with coffee stains. Toilet filthy. Shower filthy, floor so dirty made your feet black. Walls all damaged. Smelt really bad in the room. Balcony outside extremely dangerous and broken. Floor uneven. No lights in the dark. Extremely noisy. Beds uncomfortable. Stains on sheets. Dust and dirt every where. The towels didn’t smell clean. Extremely unhappy. I didn’t take hardly any photos to proved as I’m sure the staff know. »
