« Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that. Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things. We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed. « One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Walls had holes, and the holes that had been filled in were not painted. Food from a previous guest was left in the refrigerator and I have no idea for how long. Opened the refrigerator door and it caused me to gag. No coffee maker. Manager had to track one down for us. No microwave. If you wanted to heat something up, you had to get dressed and go to the lobby. Sheets seemed clean, but the blanket had make-up stains on it. Requested maid...

« Staff was great. Park and fly option is great. My only complaint is that the tv is mounted in a weird way so only one of us could see the screen from the bed. The bathroom hand soap is mounted on a wall so you have to shut the door to use the sink. It was pretty noisy in the hallways in early evening. Other than that it was a great stay. »

« Loved the quiet room great bed and cozy sheets we enjoyed the 24 hr coffee and the breakfast in the morning was very good, the yogurt machine was great! We liked the 24 hr hot tub and indoor pool and the friendly staff. »

« I have stayed at "nicer" hotels that weren't as clean as this property. Comfortable beds, easy parking, good breakfast. No complaints and would stay here again without hesitation. »
