'I stayed at the Best Western Plus by Lambert Airport for one reason only: proximity to the airport. The front desk clearly told me the airport shuttle leaves at 4:00 AM sharp. I came downstairs at 3:55 AM, only to be told the shuttle had already left. There was no apology, no effort to help — just a casual, “Don’t worry, they’ll be back around 4:40.” That might work if my flight wasn’t at 5:20 AM. 'Stayed here for a week to explore the city, great location that has lots of dining and shopping nearby. The lot is too small for the property, though, and we got boxed in a couple times by guests and staff double parked. Continental breakfast was great with lots of healthy options. '
