Beautiful beach location and beach! The house was comfortable, clean, and spacious for our group of 12. The ONLY thing we did not like was the traffic noise. It was hard to get a good nights sleep it you were room was near the main road (Front beach Rd.) Bring ear plugs or sound machine. Beds were all very comfortable. Be careful crossing the traffic crosswalk to go to Margaritaville resort area as cars were zooming by despite the crosswalk sign that blinks. We had a great stay!

Perfect & Beautiful Home with great location

All in all this home was perfection. The only issue we had was getting the private pool heated & a couple of the siding doors did not stay on track properly. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of maybe a baking sheet. Beds were very comfy & plentiful as well as the home layout & views were amazing. Highly recommend the water recreation area at this resort if you have children both young & old. There was nothing at Margaritaville Resort that would keep us from going back & everything to make us want to. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Great property, and conveniently located exactly where it should be

The home was very clean, identical to pictures. Did not have any issues inside home. If I am being picky, there were 2 things I didn't like: 1. The pool was a bit dirty, had some algae like green-ish stuff 2. Had to jump through lot of hoops to get a hold of property manager. Overall great experience, and will revisit.

Excellent extended family beach house

We had a big group on this trip, fourteen people total. This house made it easy! Everyone had their own room and living space to chill/play. Well stocked kitchen and solid AC. The private pool and boardwalk to the beach was huge plus. It was a short walk across the street to the community pool and lazy river. Everyone had a great time! We hope to be back soon!

Real Deal

Newer property with dreamlike views. We had 12 adults and fit very comfortably. Even if we had a few more, there was plenty of space. Pool was small but perfect for just lounging. House was on the beach with a short walk on the boardwalk. It was a big step from the sand to the first step so my 77 yr old mother couldn't get down onto the beach. Overall, the experience was amazing.

The manger and his staff was very helpful thru out our stay. At the outdoor pool the staff needs more help behind the bar and getting the food. They really work hard! The maintenance team took care of any problems and questions we had! Our family all agreed we would come back. Beautiful beaches

Yearly friends beach trip

Everything is clean and new which is a positive. Large house. Beach front. Convenient location. Sadly the restaurant was not open yet. Really need showers or a place to hose sand off for each beachfront house. Overall pleasant stay.

Great Space and Location

House was great as far as space and location. Being new seems like they have a few things to workout such as it was shocking there was no outdoor shower or even hose for rinsing off the sand from the beach. They would avoid a lot of sand in the pool and house if so. We noticed neighbors had jets on in their pool and lighting but we could not find anything like that in ours or how to turn on if so. Some directives left would be good. Wet bar downstairs was great really enjoyed the margaritaville machine but be careful it leaks alot. Also there is no wine opener for wine drinkers be sure to bring one. Overall a great stay.

Wasn’t expecting something that was a total beach package. 200 ft to the beach, pool, and a top notch multi family villa. The private beach access with chairs and umbrellas just topped it off. Only complaint was check in process. Not much communication there, but it’s the only 5 star I’ve ever given

Good place to stay but pictures aren’t every one of them

They obviously had some bugs to work out being so new but a nice place. The pictures on the website seem to be of a certain house. We stayed in the one next to the one in the picture. Our decks were about 6-7 feet shorter than the pink house so there was no couch on any of the decks. Only a few chairs and a table. Kind of a bummer. If you want to stay on the beach, the even numbered units have bigger decks. The resort isn’t open yet and looks like it will be a while. Sound system in the house doesn’t work yet. Fire alarms went off a couple mornings. The house was barely comfortable for 8 of us. If it were really 16 in there it would be miserable. We only had a small couch and two chairs with no arms besides the dining room table. The people were really nice, and once it’s done I think it will be fantastic.

Beachfront beautiful home

We were the first guests in this brand new home. Absolutely incredible location, layout, and property. Had a few hiccups since we were the first guests but the management team was prompt in taking care of them and I was very impressed. The only negative of this home is the road noise which could be quite loud - but not uncommon for a beachfront home on the main road. Overall an incredible trip and lovely home with the most gorgeous beach views and incredible patio.

Beautiful !

The Beach House was beautiful and right on the gorgeous beach! The Margaritaville staff was excellent. Any issues I had (even those that were my doing) were quickly taken care of or explained. Rebecca, and Jo'Elle were so helpful and patient! And Johnnie and Devon were friendly and helpful also. Even though some of the amenities were not yet open, they made up for it with other special perks! I look forward to staying here again. Thank y'all so much!
