Hôtel génial. Le seul problème a été pour faire du golf. Il y a un dress code très précis sinon vous ne pouvez pas aller sur le green. C'est bermuda et Polo impératif pour toute la famille. Personne ne nous avait précisé cela alors que j'avais envoyé un mail à ce sujet. Nous faisons du golf en France et c'est loin d'être aussi stricte. Bref le personnel du golf shop n'est pas très commerçant.

Un hôtel pas à la hauteur du site exceptionnel
Tout d’abord cet hôtel est fait pour les golfeurs. Le prix ne vaut en aucun cas le tarif de la chambre. Salle de bain petite , sombre, pas de pommeau de douche. ( des cheveux dans la salle de bain ) Chambre vielllisante et lit double petits pour les usa. La chambre a été donné à 16 h 20 malgré notre arrivé tôt à 13 h

hotel haut standing sur le golf
Nous avions réservé cet hôtel dans le but d’être à pied d’œuvre pour jouer au golf et nous avons été comblé.Il est facile de parquer la voiture. L’hôtel est magnifique avec grand hall, Nous avions demandé une chambre côté golf, mais si nous n'avions pas réclamé nous aurions eu une chambre donnant sur le spa. L'erreur a vite été réparée.La chambre est spacieuse avec une excellente literie et un agréable balcon (dommage que nous ayons eu deux lits séparés plutôt qu'un 'king size). La salle de bain est vieillotte, mériterait un rajeunissement! Le golf est splendide. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec un excellent choix (allant des viennoiseries aux oeufs en passant par le saumon). Par contre l'offre de repas midi ou soir est limitée, et peu variée. Néanmoins la nourriture était de très bonne qualité. Nous avons passé u très bon moment

I don’t believe that they should charge you for self parking! You either decide to valet park and pay the fee or have the choice of parking your car yourself for free. The renovations are beautiful to the hotel! My room is huge! The pool area was left very dirty though. I saw two pair of underwear laying out by the pool, water bottles, empty drink cups Food on the ground, dirty sandals, etc.

It's our second visit and both times at checkout, found multiple charges from the bar and coffee shop that weren't ours. One charge of $56 for 2 coffees and 2 egg sandwiches was plenty to pay, so luckily they removed the second $50 erroneous charge.

The property is stunning, very clean and upgraded. Our room surpassed all expectations. We also went to the spa and did a day pass, highly recommend!!! The experience was top notch. The only thing we expected more of was the service. The etiquette was lacking, the service and professionalism could definitely improve.

Our first night at the resort, we were in a room that was located near the lobby. They had live music going on until midnight (guests singing along at the top of their lungs as well) and then once that finally stopped, the fire alarm went off at 2 am and I had to take my two young kids outside in the cold. Our resort view room also looked directly into a wall. Not much of a view. I complained to the front desk the next morning for the terrible first night saying that they advertise themselves as a family friendly resort. They willingly let us move to one of their cottages and keep our original room rate. The cottage was a short drive from the main building, easy parking. The cottage was great we absolutely loved it and will be coming back again next year! The pool was so much fun for the kids and relaxing for me.

Front desk staff never will answer the phone. Front desk staff doesnt show any care or hospitality for your stay besides a job for them to check you in. Minimal baggage handling assistance( at a golf resort) , hotel smelled like gas leak. At 2am we were evacuated by false fire alarm. Hotel room carpet is old and very dated. Golfers would like a room with smooth carpet for putt practices (lol) not lumpy olf dirty carpet. Hotel is pretty and very picturesque. Golf course is of course very nice . Pro shop is very nice. Birdies cafe is cute. The Butcher restaurant is nice and good food..amazing Ceasar Salad!! As for golf, its over $500 and cart isnt loaded with water or club and ball cleaner bucket. ( for $500 round you expect top notch luxury) . Pace of play was amazing for as busy as the courses were you have no rush from anyone. Very nice!! All in all nice resort but it services its guests like a hotel rather than a resort, you dont get thar extra restort hospitality you would expect.

Very overpriced everywhere on property. Service is poor a prices are unreasonably high for below average food, with extremely small portions. We learned quickly to go off property for dining because the food was so poor.

The property was fantastic. Had everything we needed on site and was close to shopping and beaches as we desired. Parking on site was easy.
