'Within the check-in the lady asked us if we smoke, we answered we didn't. But still she needed to tell uthe rules about smoking, where to smoke, where not to smoke, the fines and so on. So the first impression was there, not quite good.
check in was at 3 pm, we were a bit early so we went first into town for lunch. 2.15pm she called us, the room was ready for check in.
Entering the room, there were no towels, so I needed to call to get some.
There was no floor towel for after showering so...

'The location was not even in Bukit Gambir, its in Kesang. The location given in the email was misleading, need to call hotel directly for the exact location.'

'We had a really good time staying here! Friendly staff, location is pretty close to center Muar, the room is clean and bed is comfy too! Bonus points for here is if you’re a cat lover you’ll be greeted by the cats😆'
