'The hotel is lovely. Set in beautiful gardens. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was the best we had had on our 4 week Brazil Argentina Chile and Easter Island. Wolfgang is friendly and kind. He makes sure to speak to everyone personally ally at breakfast. He is a mine of information about the island. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s perfect. X'
'Me ha cobrado un 4% más por pagar con tarjeta, que eso no estaba puesto en la información. El desayuno dejaba mucho que desear, la fruta super pasada de madura, los plátanos sin piel y más que maduros. El pan del desayuno del día anterior o hace varios días. Y para colmo te hace fregar la taza del desayuno. Pregunté por la opción gratuita del traslado del aeropuerto y ni me contestó.
A mí llegada estuve esperando un rato porque no había nadie para hacer el check- ing.

'My wife wrote this review as she loved the place so much. But I share her enthusiasm:
The staff was really good, it felt like coming home to grandma’s house, as it is true to its name: Grandma’s house, where you are treated with kindness and love. The place has a family feeling. You can see the photos of the family in the main reception area. Maria and Javiera greeted us with warmth and explained the history of the house.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. As they only serve breakfast...
'There is only 1 sign to the hotel down a dirt track so difficult to find.no reception, so noone to talk to, had to send a message via Expedia about check out, but it wasn't answered. Breakfast was poor sadly same everyday , it is described as a hotel but not sure it should be. The shower was cold when it worked. So sadly not the best reveiw and I am sorry 😞'
'Inaki Uhi has a great location "downtown" Hanga Roa. There are a couple of supermarkets close to the hotel and a bakery next door (empañadas!) and some good restaurants across the road. Its a small walk to the "harbor" (mainly a few small boats for fishing and scubadiving). Alvaro, the host, knows a lot about the island so try taking a tour with him! The wifi works but isn't really fast.'
'Maria was a great host from picking up from the airport thru to dropping off again.
The Cabanas are a little way out of town but solved by renting a car thru them once we had checked in.'
