'Everyone we encountered at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast they served was nice. The rooms were clean. A co-worker suggested Shutters because of how clean it was when she went. I’m glad I listened. They also have two pools (inside and outside).Totally enjoyed Shutters.'

The communication of the exact location and amenities that were available to us, or rather unavailable, was lacking, making the trip a bit stressful as we had to resort to multiple different parties to ask questions. The check out instructions were unclear as well with no way to clarify them. '
