Wifi in room and everywhere in hotel works very well Rooms are a bit small but comfortable We stayed in 1501 and view was ok Room service quick and efficient Front desk staff are exceptional! Very friendly and professional! And willing to help any time of day or night! We got an impressive service and assistance during the week we spent at Hyatt Pune! Complimentary breakfast is very good, fresh and offers a variety of choices Pool area is very relaxing...

« Hotel is probably the best one in this area if you have business to do around. But it's far away from downtown so should not be use for vacation. I was supposed to have a non-smoker room but obviously got a smoker room. As for service, the cleaning guys were always missing something, Sometimes the bed was not done, sometimes coffee cup was not cleaned, sometimes no milk cups, … Otherwise, everything was perfect. »

« Je suis très content de mon choix fait un peu à l'aveugle je dois dire. Tout le personnel s'est montré professionnel et attentif au point que parfois, j'en étais embarrassé. Le restaurant chinois whispering bamboo qui s'y trouve reste est de première classe. Un certain Alex y chantait lorsque j'y suis allé, un chanteur étonnant à la voix juste et chaleureuse. »

« Nice clean, friendly hotel conveniently located a 8 min walk from the main train and bus station but don’t worry it’s on a quiet street and don’t hear the above. The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful so I would recommend this hotel and when I’m back in Pune this will be my first port of call. »
