'We stayed her for our 37th anniversary. The place was awesome. It was so clean and nicely decorated for the Christmas season. We had drinks at the bar and the service was first class and so were the drinks. There is a restaurant in the establishment but we did not eat there. We had dinner at Dickey Brennon's. I actually dropped my phone the morning that we were leaving and housekeeping picked it up and gave it to security. I'm thankful for that person. I highly recommend this establishment.'

'I paid 600 USD per night for 2 nights. I expect a certain level of service when i check into a Ritz carlton. They use this covid situation for selling their rooms at a high price but strip all the service away. 1) There was no roomservice 2) When we were there there wan't any bar open in the hotel. 3) The safe in the room didn't work and i have been waiting in the room for hours till someone came to fix it. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix it so my valuables weren't safe. I had to call...
