'No hot water on first night. No ice available on 8th floor for 4 nights, had to go up to 11th floor for 4 straight nights. Parking fee was charged $80 for less than 22 hours parking but they did made an adjustment for $40 but took almost an hour. Had to park on the public parking adjacent to hotel was very very inconvenient.'

'Property was clean and staff was friendly'
