'We hadden voor de executive lounge bijbetaald maar die was gewoon niet open'

Ice machine area on the 9th floor was messy.. wet floor sign in the middle of the floor.. we could tell there's a problem with the standing water but instead of repairing maintenance is choosing to just place a wet floor sign. '

'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'
