'Check in process was horrible. I was supposed to check in at 4 so I arrived one hour early. I hadn’t received my access code so I reached out to the host. I didn’t get a response until 4:35 with my access code with an apology saying she didn’t know what happened. I was so tired and hot from the long drive for us to have to keep waiting on our host to reply. I booked this stay on July 5th, our stay was July 10th ridicules waste of time trying to get in our rental to rest. '

'This location is great! It's large, well laid out, and well equipped. My grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the pool! The location is convenient to the Medical Center and lots of attractions. The hosts responded quickly and answered al of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!'
