"We had a very good experience at the hotel. Friendly staff, super location, superb view on the Falls. The only thing that was a let down, was the poor temperature control for the tap to fill the Whirlpool in the room. "

"Fijn verblijf, lagen op het 26ste verdiep waardoor we een prachtig uitzicht over de stad hadden. Grote kamer, wat verouderd maar wel netjes en proper. Wel last van lawaai van de stad (vermoedelijk geen dubbele beglazing) Ontbijt heel beperkt. Over het algemeen prijs/kwaliteit wel een fijn en aangenaam verblijf gehad. Heel vriendelijk personeel! Goede locatie. "

"Over het algemeen goed en proper alleen de inrichting is wat ouderwets en donker van kleur. Personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het is goed vertoeven "

"To start with the best, the view!! We had a falls viewing room and to see the falls from you bed, wow! Then the bad: the mattress covers were not clean. After repeated requests (I think 3 or 4 times) room service finally changed the beds. The first 3 times we were told housekeeping had already left and once I never got an answer but was totally ignored. Respect though for the man of room service that never changed a bed but decided he should help us out, he was the only staff member that received a tip."

"Tje reception hall was OK, but the room was really not up to date, dirty carpet, curtains were not hanging decent, Windows very dirty, terrace was in a bad state...Parking was at 18 dollars...why??? They had enough parking and hotel was not in the centre..."
